Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Prepare initial case evaluations
• Perform legal research and analysis
• Prepare and argue dispositive motions
• Propound and respond to written discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle client communication
• Prepare cases for trial

Qualifications:

• Admitted to the California Bar
• Strong work ethic and excellent academic credentials
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle urgent tasks and requests simultaneously with a high level of competence and accuracy
