We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a position where you will be tasked with providing financial insights that aid in strategic decision-making processes. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, tracking financial performance, preparing budgets, and developing financial models. Your work will play a crucial role in our company's financial planning and will significantly contribute to our long-term business growth. We are looking for someone who can bring a fresh perspective, innovative ideas, and a passion for financial analysis to the table.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
2. Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
3. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
4. Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
5. Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
6. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
7. Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business finance or other relevant experience
3. High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
4. Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
5. Strong analytical and data gathering skills
6. Experience in the supply chain industry is a plus
