Are you a seasoned professional in the construction industry with a knack for numbers and a keen eye for detail? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Estimator with experience in Single or Multifamily construction.

This is your chance to leverage your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will play a pivotal role in the successful completion of various construction projects.

Responsibilities :

As a Estimator, you will be at the forefront of our construction operations, performing a variety of critical tasks, including :

1. Preparing detailed cost estimates for single-family and multifamily construction projects, taking into account materials, labor, equipment, and time requirements.

2. Analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.

3. Conducting risk and opportunity analysis for each estimate.

4. Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

5. Participating in bid evaluations and negotiations.

7. Preparing and presenting cost reports and budget tracking to the management team.

8. Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on single-family or multifamily projects.

2. Proficiency in using estimation software like Bluebeam.

3. A thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

4. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6. The ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.

7. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

8. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
