We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN Emergency Room to join our dynamic team as a Hospital ER Nurse Educator. As a Permanent Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for training and educating nurses in the Emergency Department. You will work closely with the nursing staff to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices in the field of nursing. You will also be responsible for developing educational materials and programs that will help nurses to improve their skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for nurses in the Emergency Department
• Work with nursing staff to identify areas where additional training is needed
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to nursing staff in the operating room
• Develop educational materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make changes as needed
• Stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices in the field of nursing
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that nursing staff are providing the highest quality of care to patients
• Provide support and guidance to nursing staff during difficult procedures
• Monitor nursing staff performance and provide feedback to improve their skills

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a current license
• 3 years of experience working in the ER as a nurse
• Experience as a nurse educator or equivalent is a plus but not required (Faculty experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to develop educational materials and programs
• Knowledge of the latest techniques and best practices in the field of nursing
• Ability to provide hands-on training and guidance to nursing staff
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make changes as needed
