We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Entitlement Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in real estate development, construction, entitlements, zoning, permitting, entitlement management, land acquisition, and land development.
Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of entitlements, zoning, and permitting processes for real estate development projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local government officials and community stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential land acquisition opportunities and assess their feasibility for development.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with local regulations and codes.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of all entitlement-related tasks.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to review and negotiate contracts and agreements related to entitlements and land acquisition.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and potential risks or obstacles.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in local regulations and codes related to real estate development and entitlements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, urban planning, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in real estate development, entitlements, zoning, permitting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and codes related to real estate development and entitlements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with government officials and community stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential risks or obstacles and develop solutions.
• Experience with land acquisition and development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
