Salary Up to $130,000 annually
Job DescriptionAs the Electrical Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical maintenance within our facilities. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and electricians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems, equipment, and machinery. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include
- Developing and implementing comprehensive electrical maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Leading and managing a team of electrical technicians and electricians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Conducting regular inspections and assessments of electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing preventive maintenance
- Troubleshooting electrical issues and coordinating repairs to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory levels.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, and promoting a culture of safety among team members.
- Bachelor's degree or certified maintenance technician certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance and supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
