We are a growing venture capital and private equity firm that has been around for almost 20 years. We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Accounting Manager / Director of Investment Accounting with a CPA and Big 4 experience!

Job Details
As a Head of Asset Management Accounting / Director of Accounting on our team, we are looking for:

• Proven portfolio accounting background
• CPA
• Big 4 accounting experience
• Must live within ~5 driving hours of Knoxville
• We do not offer benefits (no medical coverage, 401k, etc.)--we offer some of the highest salaries in our home state and let our employees handle their own benefits. You must be ok with this arrangement
• Must be ok with taking a 20 minute cognitive aptitude test for the first step
• Must be ok with traveling to Knoxville, TN for 1 week per month to begin with and then 1 or 2 days per month moving forward. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
