We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Director of Nursing to join our dynamic team in the Medical industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry, specifically in the Behavioral Health field. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing and 3 years of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices
• Supervise and manage nursing staff, ensuring that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including patient care, staffing, and budget management
• Collaborate with other departments, such as medical staff and administration, to ensure the highest level of patient care
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and accreditation standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to nursing activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Active RN license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Behavioral Health nursing practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies and accreditation requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
