Job Details
Director of Nursing, Neuro ICU:

• The Director of Nursing, Neuro ICU will be an RN with BSN Degree and 5 years experience in Neuro, Critical Care, or related clinical units.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a fast-paced unit
• Proven experience improving and enhancing quality outcomes, maintaining compliance with state & federal regulatory boards, managing budgets, maintaining equipment, promoting a strong culture amongst the team

Qualifications:

• BSN Degree required
• MSN Degree or enrolled in MSN program
• 5 years clinical experience in Critical Care / ICU, Neuro Intensive Care Unit (Neuro ICU), Neuro, Neurology or related unit
• Prefer 3 years progressive management
• ACLS, BLS
• Active TX License
