We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Finance to join our team at RNG Investment in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investments, finance, accounting, CPA, P&L, RNG, Construction, and renewable energy. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the field and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the company
• Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Manage and oversee all investments, including RNG and renewable energy investments
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions
• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Manage and oversee the accounting department, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and financial performance
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience in the construction industry and RNG investments preferred
• Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel and QuickBooks
