Job Details

Provides support across the broad range of legal and compliance topics facing the company, including:
- Legal and Corporate Support – draft and manage the lifecycle process for various contracts, advise local pharmacy presidents and sales leadership on pricing standards, and assist with corporate governance initiatives such as M&A support and entity formation filings and annual reporting
- Operations/Administration - Maintain and administer the company's contract management system, maintain files of various legal documents, manage various legal vendors, and handle certain administrative tasks for the department
- Insurance – Coordinate data collection and prepare applications for annual insurance renewals, serve as a liaison between insurance underwriters and pharmacies for all requests for new insurance certificates
- Compliance and Litigation Support - Analyze and respond to subpoenas, HIPAA records requests, and other requests for confidential information. Coordinate with pharmacies to obtain requested records and assist with other special compliance initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required
- Paralegal certification or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Experience with DocuSign CLM, or other contract lifecycle management systems strongly preferred
- Must have proven organizational skills and excellent PC skills, including with Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
