Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial projections.
• Supervise the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and minimize risk.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in the finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Experience with construction accounting is preferred.
• Excellent supervisory and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
