We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Consultant - Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team. As a Contract Consultant - Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoices. You will also be responsible for account reconciliation, cash receipts, and other related tasks.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation
• Ensure timely and accurate cash receipts and deposits
• Analyze and resolve customer billing issues and disputes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the company's accounts receivable processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports and other related reports
• Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable
• Provide support to the Accounts Receivable Analyst as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience with account reconciliation and cash receipts is preferred
