We're a Texas based General Contractor in the greater Houston & Katy, TX areas with 70 years of established experience building Commercial, Retail, Municipal, and K-12/Education projects throughout Texas.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of construction projects, including K-12 Education, Municipal, and Public Schools Construction. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage change orders and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure project closeout and turnover to the client.
Qualifications:
  • College degree in a construction-related field.
  • 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
  • Experience with K-12 Education, Municipal, and Public Schools Construction.
  • Experience with ground-up construction and construction renovations.
  • Experience with Procore and other project management software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
