Our client is a Construction Management Consulting firm that for the past 21 years has been committed to the strategic planning of school building projects including program planning, project management, master planning, construction management, implementation plan, constructability review, and value engineering. We are currently looking for a Construction Project Engineer with proven experience working within large capital improvement projects.

Job Details
As a Construction Project Engineer on our team, we are looking for someone that has the following:

• 3-5 years of recent professional work experience in the management of the construction of infrastructure projects.
• Experience within a large capital improvement program and familiarity with relevant public codes.
• BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Urban Planning or related degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS)
• Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design process.
