Job Details

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Management, K-12 Construction, Owners Representative, Blueprints, and Procore.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve construction-related issues and conflicts.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of construction professionals.
• Experience with project management software, such as Procore, is highly desirable.
