Job Details
We are currently seeking a seasoned Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Illinois, possessing a strong background in handling complex litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a previous focus on products liability, toxic tort, construction defect, or business disputes.
Responsibilities:
Case Management: Lead and manage complex litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
Legal Strategy: Develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to each case, utilizing comprehensive knowledge and expertise in relevant areas of law.
Client Representation: Provide diligent representation and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process, maintaining open lines of communication and addressing client concerns.
Courtroom Advocacy: Conduct hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials with confidence and professionalism, advocating on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues and support staff to leverage resources, share insights, and deliver superior legal services.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in state of employment
3 years of experience in complex litigation cases, with a focus on products liability, toxic tort, construction defect, and business disputes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
