Are you an experienced estimator with a keen eye for detail, a knack for identifying potential issues, and a passion for commercial roofing?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our growing team in the finance industry.

This is a permanent position that offers the chance to work on a variety of challenging projects and the opportunity to grow and advance within our organization.

Responsibilities :

As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, your responsibilities will include :

1. Preparing detailed and accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.

2. Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, architectural drawings, and other project documents to understand the scope of work and identify potential issues.

4. Working closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to discuss cost estimates and resolve any discrepancies.

5. Conducting site visits as necessary to gather information and assess project needs.

6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in roofing materials and techniques.

7. Negotiating contracts and bids with vendors and suppliers.

8. Providing technical support and guidance to project teams throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Roofing Estimator position will have :

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a roofing estimator, preferably in the commercial sector.

2. Proficiency with Roof CAD and other estimating software is a plus!

3. A strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.

4. Excellent mathematical skills and the ability to create detailed and accurate cost estimates.

5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex project documents.

6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

9. Knowledge of the finance industry is a plus.
