Job Details
Qualifications

• Knowledge of all lines of business including General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, etc.
• Accurately file and maintain client data and activities in the agency management system.
• Collect all information needed for quotes.
• Shop new and renewal business accounts through insurance market within agency timelines and deadlines.
• Use our Superior variety of Carriers to multi-line up-sell current book of business.
• Market accounts to insurance carriers and/or provide required information to Commercial Sales Agents.
• Finalize and confirm all needed items and documents prior to reaching out to insured.
• Make and receive calls to agency insureds in a professional and courteous manner.
• Independent servicing of assigned book of business.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
4-40 Insurance license / Customer Service 1 Year in a Commercial Account role
2 Years in a professional office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
