Job Details
Seeking a Team Director dedicated to supporting municipal clients on various projects, including roadway infrastructure, stormwater management, sewer systems, and water distribution. Responsibilities encompass design, project management, and business development activities within the public works sector. This role involves interfacing with clients, overseeing staff, and managing project finances, including generating monthly reports and setting business goals. Strong client service skills and technical expertise in municipal infrastructure design and management are essential. Experience with diverse project types is advantageous.
Qualifications include:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) License required
• 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record in managing public works projects and teams

Desirable attributes:

• Solid technical design background
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Team-oriented mindset
• Comprehensive understanding of U.S. and local design codes and standards
