Job Details
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-12 years of civil engineering experience, PE or on track to obtain it
- AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency
- Civil Project Manager to provide full-cycle project support for Land Development projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the Design of Permitting/Construction plan sets for various Land Development projects and is responsible for QA/QC of all projects under their control
- Oversees Development and preparation of reports and specifications, conducts site visits, and collaborates with internal/external team members throughout Design/Approval/Construction process, attends public hearings and meetings, develops schedules, budgets and proposals (contracts)
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and managing Client relationships
- Monitors and tracks project progress and is responsible for overall project performance and profitability
- Has the ability to mentor, train, and develop project team of Project Engineers and Designers
