Qualifications
- 5-10 years of Civil/Land Development experience in the DC/MD/VA area
- Registered PE in DC, MD, VA, or ability to gain reciprocity.
- Strong Civil background in Site Development, Permitting, and Construction Estimating.
- Able to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Experienced in Designing Projects from Conceptual to Construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Water CAD, and other design software.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and direct client interaction.
