Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

- Provide leadership and oversight of bridge projects, guiding engineers through plan development and ensuring timely and complete submittals to MDOT and other agencies.
- Supervise, train, and mentor bridge design engineers in developing plans, specifications, estimates, etc. for bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and related structures. - Provide design support during construction.
- Build and maintain relationships with MDOT personnel and other stakeholders to stay informed on upcoming projects and favorably for project pursuits.
- Develop partnerships and teaming relationships with other consulting firms. Provide input on teaming arrangements for project pursuits.
- Work with marketing team, staff, and partners to lead proposals to MDOT and other owners.
- PE
- 10 years of bridge design experience
- Experience with MDOT and LAP Projects
- Experience with AASHTO LRFD and LFD Bridge Design
- Microstation, AutoCAD/Civil 3D software
