Job DetailsWe are searching for a Branch Manager to oversee the Company’s operational and sales processes at its Charlotte branch location. The Branch Manager will implement and optimize the Company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will have input into the Company’s budgets and forecast, as well as short-term and long-term strategic initiatives.
Job Duties:
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and refine the branch’s detailed operational strategy
Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth
Oversee Company operations and employee productivity. Operations includes:
A field team of installation and service technicians and the product lines of intrusion, access control, and video surveillance
A team a Sales Representatives who sell and manage customer accounts
Finance and administration functions are centralized; however, Branch Manager will be responsible for local purchasing and inventory processes
Directly oversee all Branch team members (around 10 resources)
Continually instill core values within team members to ensure a competent and content workforce that will strive meet defined organizational goals
Identify process improvement opportunities and successfully implement revised business practices and standard operating procedures
Successfully complete projects on time and on budget
Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
Be responsive to customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Grow branch revenues, team members and profitability
Required Education, Certification, or Training:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, required
10 years in intrusion, access control, video surveillance industry
Experience with vendors such as Hirsh, PELCO, DMP, Milestone, or comparable other security related licensing.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
10 years’ experience managing a complex enterprise's finances, operations and strategies
Proven track record of planning, forecasting, and managing complex projects successfully
Strong data analysis and performance metric analysis skills
Able to identify problems and inefficiencies and recommend and implement best practice solutions
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with and supervise multiple levels of staff and customers
Able to teach, train, and motivate team members
Able to work independently, with little supervision
Able to manage a branch office, while focusing on integration and adherence to Corporate policies and procedures
