Job Details
Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Coordinate cross-functional production teams on improvements and enhancements for our flagship software suite of products
- Serve as the voice of the customer throughout production
- Drive user and acceptance testing
- Integrate testing data into function improvements
- Study workforce management landscape for emerging trends
- Coordinate directly with Director of Product
