Job Details
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to work on business and civil litigation matters.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business or civil litigation matters.
3. Active member of the Kentucky state bar in good standing.
4. Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgment.
9. Proficiency with legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
