Are you tired of long hours and want more flexibility? Are you considering a part-time position with light litigation work? If so, then this job is perfect for you! The Daglian Law Group is looking for a part time or full-time Associate Attorney with at least 5 years experience handling all aspects of personal injury claims. The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiating claims, reviewing demands, drafting complaints, conducting discovery, and taking/defending depositions in a moderately paced environment.
While we exclusively handle plaintiff's side cases, we welcome attorneys with a defense background to apply as well. Salary is dependent on experience and whether you are looking for part-time or full-time. This is an on-site position requiring you to work from our office in Glendale, although a hybrid situation may be considered.
Preferred Requirements:
- at least 5 years experience in personal injury
- experience in both pre-litigation and litigation
- working independently with minimal supervision
