We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our legal team. As a leading law firm in the insurance defense and personal injury industries, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of legal representation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success as an associate attorney, with a strong background in insurance defense and personal injury law.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis of case law, statutes, and regulations
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense and personal injury matters
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and legal arguments
- Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and networking events
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the state bar association
- 0-3 years of experience as an associate attorney in insurance defense
- Strong analytical and legal writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent client service
