We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney specializing in Transactional/Real Estate Law to join our legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex transactional matters and real estate law. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in business law, corporate law, and probate law, and will bring a passion for providing exceptional legal services to our clients. Responsibilities:
1. Manage and execute a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and other corporate transactions.
2. Handle all aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other real estate documents.
3. Provide legal counsel on a variety of business law matters, including contract law, employment law, and intellectual property law.
4. Represent clients in probate proceedings, including estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation.
5. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on various legal issues.
6. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on transactional law, real estate law, and business law.
4. Proven experience as a probate attorney, with a strong understanding of estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in various legal proceedings.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative legal solutions to clients.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
