We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our legal team. As a Permanent Associate Attorney in the legal industry, you will be responsible for handling various legal matters related to General Liability, Insurance Defense, and Litigation. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for the legal industry and is ready to take on challenging cases.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with the best legal advice
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals
• Manage a caseload of various legal matters
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff members

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• 2-5 years of experience in General Liability, Insurance Defense, and Litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Licensed to practice in NY and/or NJ
