We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our esteemed legal team. This position is a permanent, onsite role that will provide the selected candidate with an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a diverse portfolio of family law cases. The ideal candidate must have a passion for family law, a strong commitment to client service, and a deep understanding of the legal landscape. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal industry, particularly in family law, business litigation, auto accidents, and/or personal injury.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle all aspects of family law cases from initial consultation to final resolution.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, motions, and agreements.
3. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and case law to provide strategic advice to clients.
5. Collaborate with legal staff to ensure smooth case management and client communication.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
7. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and reputation.
8. Stay updated with recent developments in family law, business litigation, auto accidents, and personal injury law.
9. Adhere to all ethical standards and guidelines as outlined by the state bar association.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
3. At least 3 years of experience in family law, business litigation, auto accidents, and personal injury.
4. Exceptional legal writing and research skills.
5. Proven track record of representing clients in court.
6. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
8. Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
10. Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.
