Job Details
Seeking 2 attorneys, 1 as a newly admitted Associate and the other as an Associate with 2-5 years' experience in civil litigation and Toxic Torts to join the firms General Liability and Toxic Tort Defense Practice Group.
Job Responsibilities:

• Proactive case management from start to finish in both state and federal courts
• Drafting of pleadings, written discovery, motions, and research
• Frequent client communications and reporting
• Comprehensive legal analysis, case evaluations, and strategy recommendations
• Expert witness coordination and collaboration
• Deposition, court hearing, and mediation attendance
• Trial preparation and attendance

Job Qualifications:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school in good standing
• Licensed to practice in Illinois (other states a plus)
• 2-5 years civil litigation and Toxic Tort experience in both state and federal courts
• Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and work in a team environment
• Strong research ability and communication skills
• Desire to contribute to continued client development
