- Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard.
- Implement cost control strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- Manage contracts and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to maintain positive relationships.
- Participate in the decision-making process, providing valuable input and innovative solutions.
- Lead teams effectively, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of productivity.
- Continually monitor and report on project status, identifying any potential issues or delays and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience in quality control, cost control, budgeting, risk management, contract management, scheduling, and planning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant computer applications.
- A strong understanding of the construction industry, including knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and implement effective solutions.
