We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of commercial projects from start to finish. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of ground-up construction projects
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on the job site
  • Assist in the management of mission-critical projects
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 3 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of ground-up construction processes
  • Experience in managing mission-critical projects is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
