We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Controller to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in ERPs, month-end-close, and financial reporting. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the month-end-close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage and supervise the accounting team, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Provide support to the Controller and CFO as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Extensive knowledge in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Strong understanding of month-end-close processes and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and supervise a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
