Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts receivable process from start to finish, including billing, collections, and analysis
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and identify any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports on accounts receivable aging, cash flow, and collections
- Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions and communications
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable process
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable analysis, billing, and collections
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
