Overview
This is an exciting time to join our Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Leadership Team, as we work to implement ID&E strategies and take actions that advance Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's (Dana-Farber) strategic ID&E goals to lead in the field of discovery and innovation, provide better care to more people, invest in talent and resources, and partner with the community.
The Director of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (ID&E) Workplace Programs partners on ID&E strategic initiatives with leaders across the institute. In this critical role, you will develop and implement workplace initiatives, processes, and practices that are grounded in the principles of ID&E and effectively integrated into the culture and daily Institute operations to foster inclusive environments where every workforce member can thrive. You will partner with leaders across the institute to assess their needs and guide them as they establish solutions. As a result, you will create a more inclusive and diverse scientific and medical community representative of the communities we serve.Additionally, as a Director in Human Resources (HR), you will partner across the HR function in support of the HR strategic vision and priorities to create the next generation of an inclusive HR organization to serve Dana-Farber in the coming years.
This role reports up to and collaborates with the Chief ID&E Officer.

This position is a Hybrid role, located in Boston, MA, and the selected candidate must be available to work partially onsite every week.
