Summary:

Analysis Group is seeking a highly-organized, self-motivated individual with a clear passion around diversity, equity and inclusion to join the DE&I team. The role of the DE&I Coordinator serves as the operations hub of the DE&I function and is vital to its success. This position is a great opportunity for personal growth and advancement in the DE&I field.

This position will report to the Head of DE&I and will collaborate closely with the DE&I Managers, Head of Human Resources, local office managers, and the Events team to provide high quality support for a variety of DE&I efforts across the firm, including firmwide heritage month and cultural observance events, affinity group programs, and DE&I workshops. This position will be based in Boston, with occasional travel opportunities to other office locations, if needed.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate DE&I team meetings with key stakeholders, including affinity groups, office managers, and other HR teams
  • Assist DE&I team with program scheduling and attendance communications and tracking
  • Facilitate preparation for in-person programs; this includes supplies, catering, room layout, A/V needs, and giveaways
  • Partner with Events and Travel team to coordinate logistics for select cross-office programs
  • Support DE&I Recruiting annual internal Develop and track effectiveness of DE&I programs through surveys
  • Maintain sites on company intranet; update and manage page edits, and content auditing
  • Monitor and respond to DE&I team inbox
  • Track and report on DE&I budget and DE&I billing codes
  • Maintain DE&I calendar, program scheduling, and coordinate internal meetings
  • Proactively maintain inventory on all DE&I supplies and reorder when necessary
  • Provide research support for the DE&I team (e.g. external DE&I sponsorships, affinity-based trends, etc.)
  • Mentor DE&I assistant co-op with projects and day-to-day tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 3-4 years experience required, preferably as part of a human resources team.
  • Strong PC capability (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint). Experience with HR Information Systems and basic data analysis preferred.
  • Discretion and professional maturity in working with sensitive information.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to effectively work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Demonstrate good judgment and customer service skills under pressure.
  • Team player, willingness to assist other HR functions when needed.
  • Awareness, understanding and willingness to learn about DE&I topics
