Qualifications:
Senior Automation Engineer Messaging/NextGen Integration project
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or related field or equivalent professional experience
Typically requires five or more years of professional experience in automation coding and software testing
Experience with testing Message Queues
Experience with API testing
AWS Cloud and Lambda
Advanced SQL, Shell and Python scripting skills
Experience with Agile methodology is required
Desired:
Experience with GitLab
Experience using HP ALM/Quality Center
Responsibilities:
Develop scripts to automate transformation logic validation and data comparison between On-Prem vs Cloud DBs
Perform requirements and user story analysis to create detailed test designs and conditions
Assist with setup and maintenance of test environments
Develop configurable, maintainable, reusable and dependable test automation framework using automation tools
Prepare for and takes part in testing activities for production deployments and remediation
Provide traceability from business requirements and technical specifications to test conditions and problem reports
Participate in detailed review walkthrough sessions
Willing and able to knowledge transfer/mentor peers on test automation best practices where appropriate
Track issues to successful resolution
Collect metrics to measure test progress and quality outcomes
Education: Bachelors Degree
