Voto Latino seeks a detail oriented and passionate Scheduler to the President committed to making a positive impact on society. The Scheduler is responsible for managing the Presidents schedule and calendar, and serving as the first point of contact in the Office of the President. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the organizations mission by ensuring the President is able to effectively allocate their time and attention to key initiatives and stakeholders. This position will report directly to the Chief of Staff.Duties & Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for the President, including arranging meetings, appointments, and conference callsManage all inbound correspondence and meeting requests for Office of the PresidentPlan and organize domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportationMaintain an organized system for tracking appointments, commitments, and important dates, and ensure the President is informed of the schedule in a timely mannerQualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related capacityExcellent writing/editing and verbal communication skillsHighly collaborative style; team player; extensive experience working in fast paced environments and working with high profile individuals and organizationsProficiency in Google Suite, calendar, scheduling, and messaging software, with an interest in learning new software platformsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and excellent judgmentAbility to prioritize with high attention to detailDemonstrated commitment to, and awareness of, Latino civil rights and/or issues of social justiceAbout Voto Latino:Voto Latino is a nonpartisan organization that empowers Next Gen Latinos to claim a better future for themselves and their community.
