Collaborate to transform the way Federal Civilian Health agencies use te chn ology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced te chn ology, and modernizing legacy systems. Work in a cross-cutting fashion to drive architectural consistency and te chn ical solution architecture across all layers, including infrastructure, platform, data, business services, user interface, security, and enterprise services. Drive incorporation of modern sof tware development principles and te chn ologies, including cloud-native development using microservices and containers. Serve as a mentor to te chn ical staff and build their te chn ical expertise in resp ond ing to growth opportunities. Build cross-functional teams of IT professionals and mentor team members on how to enhance their te chn ical expertise and build a big picture perspective about different components of a te chn ology solution and how they fit together. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD).
