* Staff locations appropriately with friendly and positive sales associates for seasonal hiring.

* Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

* Performs other incidental and related duties as required.

****Summary****

This position is responsible for leading a small group (typically 3 to 7 locations) of store managers. Leads multiple store managers and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for the store based on goals set by the Sr. Director of Stores. Area Managers are responsible for retail store manager training, staffing, labor matrix, implementing programs and assignments from corporate and financial accountabilities.

**Education/Experience**

* High School diploma required

* Bachelors degree preferred or 4 years of retail management experience in lieu of degree

* Leading multi-unit locations preferred

* Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Internet Microsoft Office, POS and general digital literacy

* Flexible work schedule (which may include nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance is vital

* Travel is required

* Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
