Customer Service Representative (Food Distribution)

Up to $50,000 per year plus full benefits

JobGiraffe's client is an established wholesaler and distributor of seafood.

As Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Join the Customer Service Department
• Receive industry-specific training
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Create price quotes
• Take, enter and process orders
• Administer special order requirements as requested
• Monitor inventory levels using the ERP system
• Update customer account information
• Assist with customer invoicing processes
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
• Provide additional support to the Sales Team
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Customer Service experience
• Experience with ANY ERP System
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Accurate Data Entry / Order Entry / Order Processing skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• Fluency in Spanish
