Customer Service Representative (B2B)

Up to $31.25 per hour to start plus excellent company-sponsored benefits

As Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Join a manufacturer of liquid purification systems for industry
• Receive complete training
• Learn to provide customer service support for the Sales Team
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Provide information on product details, pricing and lead times
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
• Take, enter and process orders
• Make updates to customer account information
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Customer Service experience
• B2B Customer Service experience
• Order Entry / Order Processing experience
• Sales Support and/or Sales Administration experience

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• Related experience from a manufacturer and/or Distributor of products
