We are seeking a well-rounded Maintenance Professional to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties including both inside and outside work. This is a good opportunity for someone that enjoys doing something different every day and likes to work both inside and outside.

Typical Duties:

• Cleaning, drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, etc.
• Appliance Repair
• Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing
• Light construction where needed
• Landscaping/mowing
• Vinyl Siding

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks

Skills:

• Carpentry, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing experience is preferred
• Experience using basic tools (Measuring tape, hammer, square, etc.)
• Must have reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record
• Well Rounded Maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Acceptable Driving Record
