We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Scheduler to join our team in the construction industry. This is an exceptional opportunity to earn top dollar while working locally.

This role requires an individual who is not only proficient in P6 but also possesses a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Scheduler, you will be at the forefront of our projects, ensuring that all tasks are scheduled efficiently and effectively.

Your duties will include but are not limited to :

1. Developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules using P6.

2. Collaborating with project managers and other team members to understand and manage project expectations.

3. Identifying potential schedule impacts and proposing mitigation strategies.

4. Conducting schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential delays.

5. Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, potential delays, and changes in schedule.

6. Participating in project meetings and providing expert input on scheduling matters.

7. Ensuring compliance with all industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Scheduler role will have the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling within the construction industry.

2. Proficiency in P6 or equivalent scheduling software.

3. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and standards.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

7. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
