Our prestigious law firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of 75 clients, preparing and filing legal documents, and providing support to our attorneys.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal / Legal Assistant and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage a caseload of 75 clients, ensuring all cases are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

2. Prepare and file various legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and arbitration statements.

3. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation.

4. Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials in a professional and respectful manner.

5. Maintain and update client files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

6. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, depositions, and meetings.

7. Utilize NJ court and NJ e-court systems effectively and efficiently.

8. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all professional ethics.

9. Provide Spanish-English translation and interpretation services as needed.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of five years of working experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal / Legal Assistant.

2. Proven experience with NJ court and NJ e-court systems.

3. Proficient in preparing and filing complaints, motions, briefs, and arbitration statements.

4. Ability to manage a caseload of 75 clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

6. Strong research and report-writing skills.

7. High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

10. Paralegal certification or equivalent education is preferred.
