We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Machine Bag Adjuster to join our team in the Manufacturing industry.

This role plays a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our bagging machines are always running at optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Weber, Absolute Machine, and Bag Machine operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that values your skills, experience and hard work.

Responsibilities :

• Regularly inspecting and adjusting bagging machines to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the bagging machines, including mechanical and operational problems.
• Perform regular maintenance on bagging machines, including cleaning and lubricating parts as necessary.
• Work closely with the production team to understand their needs and adjust the machines accordingly to meet production targets.
• Monitor the quality of bags produced, making adjustments as necessary to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
• Train new employees on the proper use and maintenance of the bagging machines.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations, and ensure that the workspace is clean and safe at all times.
• Document and report any issues or changes made to the bagging machines for future reference.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 3 years' experience working with Weber, Absolute Machine, and Bag Machine, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Machine Adjuster in the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to monitor the quality of products and make adjustments as necessary.
• Good physical condition, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects if necessary.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations in the Manufacturing industry.
• Ability to train new employees on the proper use and maintenance of bagging machines.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field would be a plus.
