Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring complete client satisfaction.

2. Develop and maintain deep knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

3. Collaborate closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to attract new clients, and maintain and grow existing client relationships.

4. Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure they are being effectively managed, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide clients with updates and recommendations.

5. Prepare and present detailed reports on client activity, market trends, and sales performance.

6. Participate in and contribute to team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge, discuss strategies, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a client services role in financial advisory or financial services.

3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

4. Strong analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends, spotting opportunities, and making data-driven decisions.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and custodian websites.

6. A results-driven approach, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for resolving issues quickly and effectively.

8. A deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

10. Willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments and continually improve knowledge and skills.
