Tribute is looking for a customer-service focused, smart, hard-working leader to join our Massachusetts team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, supporting and celebrating a community of caregivers, unsurpassed in Massachusetts for warmth, professionalism and reliability. You will cultivate strong relationships with our caregivers starting from the hiring process and extending throughout their time with Tribute. This will be done by establishing consistent communication with caregivers, providing compassionate day-to-day management, evaluating and celebrating successes, and supporting an unparalleled employment experience for Tribute caregivers.

The role will involve travel in the Greater Boston, Metro West Boston and the North Shore area to meet and visit with caregivers and has the flexibility to work from home when you are not visiting with caregivers.

This person is not required to have experience in home care. This role would be a great fit for someone experienced in hospitality, retail or restaurant management that is looking to do meaningful, mission-driven work, and to grow professionally.

* Bachelors degree from an accredited college

* At least one year of previous management experience

* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption based on medical or religious reasons
